TANKER 41

2002 Pierce/Freightliner pumper/tanker. The unit holds 3000 gallons of water and has a 1,000gpm pump. This unit seats 3 and carries 4 SCBAs (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus), 8 spare SCBA bottles, axes, ladders, pike poles, 3000 gallon portable drop tank, hoses, smoke ejectors, foam pack, generator, and portable lights. This unit is second out on all fires in the township, and if needed is the third out on traffic accidents, it also serves as a reserve pumper.


ENGINE 42

1998 Pierce Saber pumper, holds 1000 gallons of water and has a 1000gpm pump. This unit seats 6 and carries hose, 8 SCBAs, 6 spare SCBA bottles, chain saw, k-12 saw, smoke ejectors, generator, ladders, tool box, foam pack, thermal imaging camera, AED, axes, pike poles, gas detector, portable lights, and other various tools. This unit is the first out on all fires and second out on traffic accidents.


TANKER 43

1987 Welch/Ford tanker, holds 2500 gallons of water, and has a 500gpm pump. This unit seats 3 and carries 4 SCBAs, portable pump, hoses, 3000 gallon portable drop tank, chain saw, and axes. This unit is third out on larger fires in the township.


RESCUE 44

1996 Welch/Ford Super Duty mini-pumper, holds 250 gallons of water, has a 500gpm pump, and a 10 gallon foam system. This unit seats 5 and carries axes, hose, stokes basket, ladder, chain saw, generator, 2 SCBAs, 2 spare SCBA bottles, air chisel, air bags, cribbing, sawz-all, ropes, Holmatro hydraulic extrication tools (cutters, spreaders, rams), winch, tool box, shoring, and other various tools. This unit is the first out on all accidents, rescues, and EMS assists.


UNIT 45

1996 Chevy 2500HD 4x4. This unit seats 2 and in the spring, summer, and fall carries the brush fire skid unit. The skid unit carries 150 gallons of water, a portable pump, booster line, 1000' of 1" hose, shovels, rakes, and winch on the front bumper. In the winter this unit is fitted with a topper and carries the ice/water rescue equipment. This unit is second out on all brush fires and ice/water rescues. It also pulls the snowmobile trailer in the winter in the event of a snowmobile accident.
