VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Chocolay Township is working towards establishing a community garden for people from the local community to provide a place where they can grow their own produce.
We seek to share our resources as well as teaching our neighbors how to grow vegetables to eat and empowering individuals with the resources necessary to have a subsidized, healthy, sustainable, locally produced food source. We need your help to make this happen!
Please consider sharing your talents by volunteering to help establish this committee in our Township.
Please contact Jennifer Thum, Planning and Zoning Administrator, 249-1448 or planner@chocolay.org
THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CHOCOLAY IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
Chocolay Township invites you to apply to serve as a volunteer on our Township Planning Commission and Committees. Volunteering is an important way in which to give to your community. Boards, commissions, and committees review specific matters and report to the Board of Trustees with recommendations. I hope you will take part in this most rewarding experience. Please visit the elected and appointed officials tab to get more information on how you can help.
