Chocolay Township invites you to apply to serve as a volunteer on our Township Board, Commission and Committees. Volunteering is an imporantant way in which to give to your community. Boards, commissions, and committees review specific matters and report to the Council with recommendations. I hope you will take part in this most rewarding experience. The Fire Department also has openings for new members. If you are at least 18 yrs old, have a valid Michigan driver's license, and live in Chocolay or limited portions of Sands Twp or Marquette City, please pick up an application at the Township office and contact Fire Chief Gary Johnson at 249-1448 or email ctfdchief@charter.net.
